Not too proud of this, but I relapsed last week. No P, just M with P thoughts. Starting again now. Day 0.

Today is day 1/7 for me. I have to be honest I feel very emotional and I haven't been feeling at my best health-wise. I feel a little bit unmotivated today. :/
Today in the morning I saw a very innocent anime and got a bit triggered, but it is ok now. I am reading posts here in nofap and I have just finished cleaning the house!
