I absolutely LOVE having a journal.

Just to have a place to rationalize and self talk, occasionally just let the mind wander and write whatever comes up, drawing, its so fun and useful, I'm not awake all night anymore flooded by thoughts, now I just write it and that's it, no need to keep remembering so many randomness, some of which that turns out is quite useful insights you can let yourself forget.
