@ReclaimingMyDestiny thank you for the observation! i tottaly forgot it ahahha!

Thaks for your support too! After 5 days big urges have gone! i can easily recognise my "bigger" problem and it is my anxiety. Unfortunately since I was a teenager i tend to face/"solve" my anxiety through pmo instant gratification. So there is a bigger problem i have to think. With the begining of this new streak i decided to start a little daily journaling. I think its a good habit for someone; it helps to observe better his thoughts and generally the anxieties. So personally I hope i will do better this time. I am looking forward to self-improve through this pattern.

There are great efforts in this team guys!! Good luck to all of you!!

Beating my personal streak will be historical, 4 years ago last record. Dont remember the exact day count but it was somewhat 140 day-ish, making sure this will be in fact record so setting 150 as mark for completion of this challenge.

Guys unfortunately a couple hours after my last posts i think i have to reset and i wanted to share it with you.
In the news site there was some very sexy content. So i was going to check my porn blocker which was something like inactive. After checking if it works normally i ended up watching soft porn for an hour and touching my thing. This absolutely was the trigger but of course as i said the problem is deeper. It's anxiety, boredom etc. I am not in a good mood lately. I felt very bad for this and i think its the right to reset.

After all these thoughts i felt very weak. My last efforts are not good. I dont want to be the weak guy. If i cant control this thing how i am supposed to self improve only from failures? Besides i understand my problems so i am an idiot when i am doing the same mistake twice. Saying big words or promises is easy. I don't want to say "this time i will go 90 days". Only to say that Its time to change. I have to try a lot more.

  11. Yeah, I hear ya georgebou7. It's hard to accomplish your goals when you're feeling down. But on the bright side you're making some big leaps forward with laying down a healthier foundation to work from. You're doing the hard work of looking at yourself deeper and trying to get to the root of the problem which is great! It can be difficult to control areas of your life when you're not in a good mood; believe me I know. I've been working my way through some heavy heartache over the last 6 month from a breakup and at the same time working on regaining control of my life. In that time I've managed to quit smoking, eat nutritionally, and exercise regularly as well as hit some pretty good nofap streaks. My advice is to work on taking care of your body as best you can because successes tend to snowball from there. One success leads to another and your mood follows with it. Once feeling pretty good becomes the new norm, a lot of doors open up as far as what's possible to accomplish. You're right that it's easier to talk a big game than it is to follow through, so work on your follow through skills first. Start small. Make a goal to do some laundry or wash the dishes, then do it. Check it off the list. Then make a goal to do two things and then do them both. Maybe it sounds overly simple but it works. You start your successes really small, and you train yourself to feel the experience of accomplishment in very easy to manage bites. Then you move up to a slightly loftier goal, rearrange the book case, wash and detail the car, whatever. Then you follow through with that. Eventually (and much sooner than you might expect) you start to break out of negative habit patterns because you're creating a new normal where your word is law. When you say you're going to do something, you do it. Now you're not just talking a big game, you're on the path. You're dealing with some power because you know when you say you're going to do something, it gets done. Eat healthier because it's good for your body and your mind. It puts you in a better mood in the long-term. Give yourself some daily exercise, even if it's just walking for 15-20 minutes a day. Challenge yourself to make some improvements in your life. But start small, really small, and work your way up. The point of all this is to get yourself healthier so you're feeling better but also to build your follow-through skills at the same time.
