That's super motivation. Enough reasons as to we should work harder.
Generations to come depend on the decisions and actions we are taking now.
    Thanks for the advance

Yes! This FOMO as you describe it, for me that's actually been 90% or more of my P consumption of the last years. I watched things not because they turned me on, but because they might, or the next video that I'll click on might, or the one after that. I've spent so much time looking at stuff that I didn't enjoy at all, that bored me or even repulsed me, edging for hours and hoping for something that actually meant something for me.

I was in a bit of a binge last week because I came upon something that triggered this whole process again; what if the next video from this channel delivers on the promise of something exciting...? It was a very potent reminder of PMO being really nothing but frustration, craving for something that does not exist, unfulfilled desires stretched to the point of numbness.

And indeed, when we really learn to see this and say no to it, it opens up a whole world of similar patterns in the rest of our lives.

This is very familiar to me as well. The trick is to not return to that video for long enough, and eventually it will fade. Everything that you do not feed goes away. But yes, sometimes it can take a frustratingly long time.

  10. Yup. Drinking too much is a guaranteed relapse for me and I am not good at moderation so abstaining is my best move. Feel better and more clear headed as a result with no hangovers either which also usually end in relapse when I get them.

No caffeine has made me more relaxed and be in the moment so I also highly recommend it. About a week or two of withdrawal headaches and you're good to go. Good luck man.

This is very normal during the first days, but if you don't resist, and if you continue watching porn, you will create new images in your brain that will be difficult to forget during the following days.
As said by hermitthefrog, you will be thinking about the images less frequently over time.
I have one advice to give you, and I hope it will work for you.
Maybe you can't control your brain and prevent it from thinking about these images, but whenever you think about them, try to reduce the size of the images in your head, reduce the sound in your head, make the images more blurry, with less contrast and very far, make the images so smaler that you could barely see them with difficulty.
Hope this can help you, in all cases stay stong and good luck :emoji_muscle:
