[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 3/7 Today I feel great. I don't know what the rest of the day may bring. I hope not to feel tempted but I have just had an online session with a psychotherapist and it was so productive that I feel motivated to continue with the challenge! I know I can do it!

I am relapsed very badly I have failed several times but couldn't found my trigger

 

And I don't know how to find my trigger and I don't want to be relapse again

 

I'm starting at Day 0 again. Today is the third day in a row I relapsed!
