    I'm in 15 yrs old and every time I'm in nofap i feel like my skin get better and my skin is clear from acne not completely but its maybe clear and my skin is alot better and when i relapsed i see my acne is getting worse so as a result nofap make my skin look amazing so anyone like me???

    Yes. My skin looks brighter. It also has a lot to do with cold shower and how I eat.
