(Almost) 25 y/o doing nofap for the first time

Hi guys, my name is William. Since I discovered masturbation for the first time almost 10 years ago I've done it about 2-3 times a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. While I knew that was a lot compared to many people I never had much interest in doing nofap. Even without a condom I barely felt anything when I entered her, I couldn't stay hard for very long, and I didn't orgasm after over 20 minutes of sex. Since then we've done it three more times, each ending with me not being able to finish, and her feeling ugly and embarrassed. All this is putting a huge strain on our relationship and my self confidence, so I've decided to do Nofap as a sort of last resort to save my sex life.
