Online interaction porn is far more addictive to me than recorded videos or pictures?

Something I have noticed is when I relapse on porn and artificial sexual stimulation, the absolute most appealing thing to me is some sort of online interaction. Wither if that's on cam sites, social media sites, dating sites, and also other sites you can pay to interact with women, models, porn stars on.

Basically my worst relapses are like this. I will have this cam site open of all these models on it that you can actually message for free, and many people phone them which costs money. I have phoned before. Then I might also have a social media site open in another tab, messaging many of these models on social media, messaging other women. Then I might sometimes be stupid and subscribe to some women on this other site, where these women, models send you customs, private messages ext if you pay. Then I might also be on a dating site messaging women.

I honestly hardly ever go on recorded porn videos. I seem to be much more addicted to online interaction porn than recorded porn videos. Basically what I am getting at is if there was only recorded porn videos and no online interaction, yes I might occasionally relapse, but I don't feel like I would keep wanting to go back to watch recorded porn videos constantly. But with the online interaction with women, models online I do feel like I keep wanting to go back for this, I do feel like I want to spend entire days doing this.

Like do any of you guys ever keep wanting to go back online to see if you have received a message? Then when you see you have a message in your inbox or even better multiple messages in your inbox you get a good feeling from this, and you basically can't wait to open the messages to see what the messages are?

I guess I seem to be addicted to that, and when these messages are from women that I am attracted to this is actually the most thing I actually seem to be addicted to.

It's just a strange one, because I feel like when it comes to porn I am much more interested in messaging women who are messaging back, or watching women who are actually live. But when it comes to watching recorded porn videos I don't seem to find that anywhere near as appealing. I can still relapse on a recorded porn video, but like I said I don't seem to keep going back for this the way I go back for the online interaction.
