How to stop the urge to masturbate??

Can't .. I have big urges after 6 days... I think because I have bigger sex drive than others. Read some books or something you really enjoy.

 

Look for something to master. I would recommend exercises like pressups you can do them in the house. Even playing games that don't have lots of images like Chess. Anything that exercises your mind or body.

 

you can start new hobbies like badminton..etc

 

Nobody really knows. That's what we are here doing, banging our heads together and thinking this.

 

Your struggle is mine too! My only (and probably best) suggestion is aim only for sobriety TODAY. In fact, write down the word TODAY, some important, but secret for you. Keep telling yourself, I may act out tomorrow, but I am going to use all my powers to stay sober today.

 

My experience has been it cannot be stopped, but you can reduce the intensity and duration - greatly.

This is done by lifestyle changes, and involves a lot of detail. It seems like too much for people to take in a lot of times, but the important thing here is if it's a weak urge you can resist it, so you won't act out in PMO and that's what counts.
