    Hey everyone,

So I’ve been down this road before. It usually ends anywhere between 7-25 days and with me sitting there with a bunch of regret. Maybe it’s because I don’t want it enough. Maybe it’s because I’m only focusing on NoFap and not improving other aspects of my life. I’m sure it’s a combination of things, but whatever the case may be, it all ends today. Day 1. The last Day 1. No PMO. No more being a lazy POS. None of that.

    Just to start:

    Hard Mode for 30 days
    Gym 5 days a week
Morning walk 5 days a week
    Eat healthier
Lose 50 lbs in 90 days (currently 350lbs)
Try to get more involved in my community/at work

I look forward to the progress I’ll make. I know I can do it. I’ve felt the progress before. Here’s to the first day of the rest of my life!

Hey, I can relate to your post.

I've had quite a few streaks of 1 to 3 weeks and also had this idea that I maybe don't want it enough and that I will eventually relapse anyway. But it really doesn't matter what you did or thought in the past, you can allways change. Just try again and try to do some aspects of your yourney better this time.

I would highly encourage you to check this pdf out for your fitness goals and read it from begining to end:
    https://www.barbellmedicine.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/The-Beginner-Prescription.pdf
They are very big on adherence when it comes to changing your fitness goals/habbits. I think this is also crucial in your pmo habbits and even life in general, so I think this can 'spill over' from one area in your life to another so to speak.

And for the rest of your nofap reboot this is also a good one:

    Good luck on your yourney!

    Gym ✅

Again, didn’t wake up in time for the walk this morning. Had to work OT last night so I’m pretty exhausted. Down 5 lbs in 3 days though so I have some motivation. Anyway, keep grinding

    Day 4. Done

    No PMO ✅
    Gym ✅
    Healthy meals ✅
    Walk ✅ (going right now)

Feeling pretty good. For me, going to the gym and having some sort of routine back in my life makes it much easier to do NoFap. It seems like I don’t have time to do it lol. Just need to keep myself busy

Side Note - down 7lbs so far!

Honestly... I think you're doing too much at once. I would start small, stop PMO, buy a journal, and start writting. Plan your days. There is a book called The Slight Edge, it teaches that its always better to go small and be consistent and increase over time than start big and fail. If you manage all that cool, I wouldn't though do it in your place though. Start by adding structure to your life by creating checklists you have to do the next day and things like that.

Regarding the lose weight, def start studying about water fasting, intermittent fasting or alternate fasting, plus try to research getting yourself into keto.

I see where you’re coming from. But for me, it’s much easier to do the No PMO when I have a routine that keeps me super busy. It definitely is a lot, but I enjoy it. Also, I’m not super hard on myself if I miss a walk or something because I know that I’ve put a lot on my plate

hey man.......i have an excel sheet with 10 things in it....this week, I have been able to do 4 things in there every day.....so when people tell you to start small, it means you will be able to keep up with only few things. Its allright. Its a WIN WIN for me even though I only followed 40%. I was 100% with those 4 things...so.....

Day 5 was a success. Went 5/5 with no PMO, going to the gym, and eating healthy meals throughout the day. Went on walks 3/5 days. 5 days in a row at the gym is honestly the most I’ve ever done. I’ve always been overweight and lazy when it came to that sort of thing so I’m definitely proud of myself for that one. But now it’s my weekend so here comes the hard part. Wish me luck!

I'm so proud you! I'm especially glad that you are feeling happy with your own dedication. In a world that is constantly telling us that it's ok to be unhealthy, you're taking tough day-to-day responsibility, going above and beyond "no PMO" and working on improving yourself.

If you ever mess up, don't give up! Learn from the mistake and what contributed to it, and then keep moving forward! Write down what you've learned too, so that you can refer back to it.

Day 6/7 both went well. The off days are always the hardest for me. Hard to keep busy. Usually tend to sleep a lot lol. But I guess anything is better than the alternative. Still eating healthy. Going to start intermittent fasting tomorrow. I’ve done it before and it wasn’t too bad so we’ll see how it goes. Tomorrow starts week 2! Excited to get back to it (except the work part).

Good start to the week. About as sore as I can be, but I’ll take it. Can’t wait to start seeing some big results, both fitness-wise as well as the No PMO side. But for now, we’re taking it day by day. I appreciate all of the feedback and words of encouragement. It really means a lot guys

No walk, unfortunately. Opted for sleep instead. Not stressing it though. I feel awesome. Not really seeing any changes as far as NoFap, but it’ll come in time. But I feel like I have more energy throughout my work day. It’s great.
