    Hey guys, I just joined noFap. Things haven't really been great before but we're getting better.
    I want to use this platform to improve my life in different areas and take myself to a level I know I can reach.
    I'd appreciate any support I can get :)

    I'm thinking of starting a rebooting journal tomorrow but I'm not sure I'll be consistent with it. What should I do?

    A rebooting journal is a good start. Even if your not consistent. I started there and after a couple of days moved on to the profile posts. These posts are short and sweet and still demand that I notice what is happening in my life, write it down and see what others have to say about it. Good luck!
