Recently opened up to my wife about my porn addiction history and I'm looking at starting a reboot. Is it generally recommended to do full no PMO at first? Like 90 days PMO then transition back to healthier sexual contact with my partner?

Same here. I’m a week on now I think and as soon as I confessed to my wife I flatlined. No penis at all. Makes you doubt everything about yourself ,and anxiety ,and social anxiety ,and ocd crap ,all kinds of mental problems but I guess it’s something that has to be gone through. You cannot abuse yourself for years and expect no consequences but it will get better.

Yeah, we're going to go to counseling and she's super hurt right now. I want to do everything I can to change and save our relationship. I'm leaning towards doing the full 90 days PMO to just try to give my brain the best reset possible then reconnect sexually afterwords.
