States of mind

    Does anyone else enter a state of mind that is almost in line with a tantrum/psychotic? Today i wound up pacing around and muscles tensing up and a case of the shakes. I did reset (kept from O), but this mind state lasted nearly two hours.

    Sure there could be different reasons for it, PMO being one factor.

    I liked that you tracked how long it lasted and that kind of information can be useful down the line. BTW the shake might be the way the body deals with that so it's not necessarily a bad thing.
