Completed 4 months of nofap at 14

Hi,
Idk how to write a succes story even though I wrote one before, but I'll try my best.
Anyway about 4 hours ago I completed the 120 day mark, i I have some tips for u guys that I used to help me get here

1- don't fantasize, even if u want to, it can trigger u and cause so many urges that are not needed

2-dont start a chain, just hear me, just imagine if ur alone on ur phone, then ur like, " how about I watch some pics of girls, nothing related to porn" the a few minutes later ur like" let's watch some girs in bikinis, not porn tho" then u feel like watching porn and u don't want to, but now ur in a middle of a huge urge that is really hard to resist

3- avoid triggers (basically tldr of 2)

4- make new habits, for me I started exercising, drawing and play lots of chess

5- don't do "checks", while they might seem like a good idea, but think about it, it's dumb, useless and causes relapse


I obviously did it in hardmode as I'm 14, now the urges are next to nothing, I can go hours without thinking about porn, ( like maybe think about once or twice a day, but I don't fantasize) I'm like "yeah I used to watch porn, now what?" Then just forget it, for those who went longer than this, did u guys forget that u were addicted completely? I also once got a 6 hour long urge that was non-stop and was really difficult to resist, I then decided to install a journal app and just used it, it was one of the greatest ideas ever, whenever I used to feel an urge I just wrote what I felt.

EDIT:I also used to listen to music alot, like every day, most of the time they were the reason I overcame urges, music is one of ur best friends along da wae

Btw i forgot to mention music, listening to it can be really helpful, like most of my urges all got fucked by music, music is underestimated, by day 90 music will feel astounding to ur ears
