How is everyone today?

I feel a bit down. I have been out of work for the last 4 months due to this pandemic so stuck at home studying and missing the interaction with people and getting out side travelling.

Also it doesn't help that I am at the beginning with everything I want to achieve. I want to grow a beard which will take months. But I am only 3 days in since my last shave. I want to do nofap but I am only 2 days in since my last fap. I want to lose some weight and I am yet to start...

Yep, hard to get started sometimes hey. I printed out a slogan and stuck it to my warddrobe door recently: Motivation follows Action
It reminds me that we gain motivation from doing things - it's often not the other way around. I'd suggest doing something, anything productive towards your goals. It doesn't matter how small - maybe a 30 second wall-sit, or a few squats, or a couple of laps around the outside of the house. Then tomorrow do it again. It'll help, I promise

And yeah, it's so not-human being separated from the usual interactions we have, and seeing as porn is often about intimacy - loneliness makes it even more attractive. It means we've all gotta be more intentional about seeking out real connections/friendships with people, and not giving temptation a foothold.
