I'm here at the begining of the road again, but I am really optimistic. Though I have a question. What are you doing, when you wake up in the middle of night on temptation, while your brain is still foggy, and not rational? Do you have some techniques?

I am back to being productive again. So it only needed 5 days to clear my fog. While I had very strong urges yesterday after a period of calm, a video chat with my gf helped me a lot. I will be relying much more on her when the urges reach the peak.
