But is it possible to get out of it without flatline like has anyone experienced that

  4. See it all depends upon the time period you were exposed to porn .Suppose if you were a porn addict for more than 5 years it's evident that you are going to experience flatlines because your brain's reward system is heavily affected so your brain to get back to normal state ,will lower the amount of dopamine for which you will be experiencing flatlines which basically includes brain fog and less libido .
A time will reach when you will be used to this dopamine amount and therefore will be able to lead a normal life again and obviously will experience the Nofap superpowers.
Just don't lose hope , flatlines will be there but you have to stay strong IT WILL GO AWAY

    Good luck!

  5. Well define a flatline?

In my 2++ years with nofap, I found that it's quite similar to strength training. You get couple of weeks of peak performance and then your body stalls and slows down for a bit, and then it picks up again.

And I do not consider it worth calling a flatline, because it's more like a transverse wave. And I don't find anything wrong in it, as it's as natural as it can be.

(It is my own personal experience and opinion, so keep that in mind.)
