Thank you so much brother...ur words are really inspiring...u are really a great motivator....actually i had not experienced these nocturnal emissions in the starting of my reboot but as i completed my one month , it happened for three times...i will stay strong and never again feed my mind with provoking content which can lead to ejaculations...i promise i will be celibate brother...thanks again for ur help

    yes, nocturnal emissions are common in the reboot. try this exercise every night before bed brother. it will help reduce nocturnal emissions.

  12. Day 4: I've been trying to get up earlier each day this week, in order to create a better sleeping pattern. Extremely tired this morning and dealing with a bit of brain fog. Need to stay vigilant though! Cannot let any urges come up on and overtake me!

    My brothers, daily challenge the excuses to fap is an excellent exercise to keep the determination high. I thought if we do this together, like a small workshop, it can have double strenght ;)

    So reply to this post if you have excuses (and answers) besides mines ;)

    "Just one time, it won´t hurt"

    if i do one time i will be tired mentally and physical, i will loose motivation, be nervous and sad. the next day will be the same. plus, i´m an addict, if i do one time, the obsession will kick in and i will want to do more and more.


    "i have a big streak and i feel great. one time won´t do harm"

    after a long streak i may not feel all the devastating effects immediatly, but i will keep my sickness, delay recovery and risk relapsing again, binging, until a total breakdown is done. this is a chronic disease for life"


    "just a little peak"

    if i peak i will be even more excited, i will be totally obsessed in peaking again and i will loose motivation to do other stuff. i will be irritated and ressentful. watching lustful contents promotes the vision of people as objects, it robs compreension and compassion for others. watching for long time provokes withdrawal symphoms.

    Day 6

    I will be Urah-Kai as of 5pm this evening @RiseToGreatness.

    While I am a long way from being a Hobbit again, I have once again progressed to the next level, and I am very happy. I got up at 5:30AM today, so I am on a record of getting up early (2 days :p) but I am doing well. I end my screen time about half an hour before bed, and I am able to sleep pretty soundly. Last night was even easier falling asleep than the night before, and I am hoping if I stay awake all day today, I will be able to keep sleeping well, avoiding PMO, and getting up at 6AM. They say you should get 8 hours of sleep every night, but they are wrong. You should get either 7 and a half or 9 hours of sleep every night (or a minimum of 6 hours at night, because those are the intervals for 4 to 6 REM cycles each night.

    I got about 5 REM cycles last night, so when I woke up at 5:30, I knew there was no point going back to bed because I would then wake up really exhausted with my alarm. I listened to a podcast before and during breakfast this morning (with a shower in between starting the podcast and finishing it. I plan to clean my cats litter boxes Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and I think that that is the perfect time to listen to a podcast.

    My parents are out of town today, which is usually a time that I am particularly vulnerable to PMO, but I have kept clean the last two times they went out of town, so I know I can beat the forces of PMO. I know I can resist porn, I have been doing it for over a month now, but I will also need to avoid masturbating, and gently easing my mind away from thoughts of masturbation because when I am alone, and thinking about masturbating, I start thinking about porn as well.

    I now know that I was in denial last Thursday about whether I was masturbating in the shower or not, but now I have accepted that I went on a two day, two time binge of masturbation last week. Sometimes it takes a few days to accept something I feel ashamed of. I no longer feel ashamed, just motivated.

    I know this is a long post, but I wanted to also mention that I made and printed out a weekly schedule so that as I accomplish daily tasks, I can cross off the hour and keep going feeling more accomplished.

    Lastly, I know that I have never, and almost certainly will never meet and of you, but I just have to say I love you guys and the NoFap community along with this challenge which has motivated me to do better.
