Need help, 62 days NO PMO, nothing changes, still weak morning wood(70%), in daytime, maximum 50% erection.

I almost get morning wood in day 1, but my morning wood is weak all the time(70% hard). In daytime, my maximum erection is 50% hard.

Any advice? any one is same with me?

I found a guy called Tommy_0113 and he still does not recover for 1 year and half.

Does nofap will work?? Can I recover to full erection?

I never developed this problem but from what I have read it can take a good while for some to recover. If you were edging and masturbating to porn daily for years on end it can take some significant time for the brain to heal. Think of it like weight loss. If you ate junk food and didn’t exercise for years on end and developed obesity it would probably take some time to get the weight off. Now you would see some progress after 2 months like you are seeing with your ED but it may take a year to be fully fit again.

I don't have first hand knowledge about this but, good job on 62 days! Keep at it!

    Some things to try/think about:
#1 It may take longer than two months. Gary Wilson's book mentions up to 90 days for most people, but says everyone is different and some may have stubborn issues.
#2 You can check to see if you actually have a physical problem. Before bed take a small, thin ring of paper and tape it around yourself when flaccid. Your body should do a "systems check" every night. This should result in an erection that breaks the paper. If it does not, and you did the paper trick correctly, then it means your body has a physical issue, and you should talk to a doctor.
#3 You can consult a doctor and/or psychologist.

Have you noticed any other benefits? Do you have other motivations for reboot? If so, don't forget them.

    Please consider the following things:

    - Stress/Anxiety/Depression levels? COVID is affecting us all, but do you have other life stressors?

    - Exercise? Are you walking daily at least for a good 20 minutes straight to get the heart rate up?

    - Sleep? At least 8 hours every night?

    - Overthinking? Are you obsessing (I don’t mean this as an insult) about not having full and regular erections? Constantly thinking and worrying about it can lead to a cycle of anxiety/stress. You stress about the soft erections constantly, which inadvertently contributes to having soft erections, which inadvertently leads to more stress and round and round it goes —you get trapped in a cycle.

    - Have you tried mindfulness meditation? Even start with 10 minutes per day. Lots of free guided ones on YouTube etc.

I know whenever I have been stressed, depressed, anxious in the past, it largely affected my erections and morning wood. I have been trapped in that cycle and when I was able to stop overthinking/worrying about it, things improved. Just some things to think about. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. I do not fat and am quite fit. I am a swimming athlete. I do not know the reason.

    Thanks for your reply.
I sleep very well and I am busy working.
I aslo do meditation daily but still does not work.

That is also the reason I do not know why there is no improvement.

Maybe something was lost in translation. The comments about fitness were an analogy.
