    Hi all,

I'm going to need some serious advice on this, I started nofap about 2 weeks ago, I don't have an addiction to porn but I was definitely masturbating too much so figured I'd join the community and see how it goes (actually joined years ago but never put the effort in). First of all, I have to say, I've had some amazing rewards from this and some brilliant team spirit, I'm going to need some of that now.

Prior to nofap I could literally go for as long as I wanted during sex and could really pleasure a lady I (always ask for post-match analysis ;)) however I'd been thinking on nofap that I just felt more sensitive and here is the problem...

Just had a quickie with a hinge date, I knew that I was going to O faster so I got plenty of foreplay in, to get her off first but once we started at it, I lasted about 2mins before blowing, please tell me there is some advice on this because I don't want to go back to PMO but I definitely don't want to be blowing in 2minutes... I lasted longer when I was losing my virginity haha

any advice will be warmly welcomed

    Regards,
    T2C

I recently had some hypersensitivity too after a long streak, the opposite to the problem that made me join NoFap : low pleasure , boring orgasm/sex
Now just focus on your reboot , set a goal date , and don't test your sensitivity

When you'll have rebooted , i think you can gradually reintroduce MO and test your sensitibility , trying not to come fast
However you'll need strict rules to not exceed. 1 time per week? 1 time every 2 weeks? i don't know, but never MO if you feel stressful or in bad mood

    Good luck @Time-To-Change
