Going quite well.

Realised a trigger for myself today; My xGF, now best friend. Noticed when I messaged her to say hello, my mind filled with previous sexual experiences.
Will have to be careful there. Being very present when speaking to her so my mind won't run away from me.
Maybe just messaging her when I'm outside or with someone. No video calls with her I think it wise for now.
