    3 days down. Saw a trigger not long ago and although I'm over the immediate effect I need to remember triggers can have domino effects if you're not very careful! I will be as careful as necessary. What's more, tomorrow is day 4 which tends to - alongside day 5 - be my "danger day". Staying on high alert.

    Been slammed with work of late. Checking in now first time in 2 weeks, but still going strong thankfully:

    Could you please help and confirm whether I should reset due to nocturnal emissions due to a dream (night before last, literally 30 days since this count started)? If not does that mean I become an elf?
