Day 10. I'm getting busier every day with requirements pilling up from Uni. No time for me to think of PMO.

The last few years not watching porn for one week was already a huge achievement for me.
I was always nervous before going on a trip with friends wether I would have a wet dream because I couldn't masturbate for a few days or a week. I thought that only by PMO once or twice a day could I get control over getting erections at the weirdest times. Instead I was hypersensitive from constant PMO.

I'm glad to no longer feel the constant urge to PMO.
