    Hey friends I don't know how to open up to my girl friend that I am on reboot and I don't want sex for some period of time .... According to some article I read if you have sex during your reboot you have to start afresh and that has made me loose focus so many time because am in a relationship I don't know is there any way I can handle this situation am in......

    God gave us hands and mouths for a reason, if you know what I mean.
    I know some people prefer intercourse, but it's better than nothing, isn't it?
    Besides, orgasm and sexual acts are just some options. There is also back-scratching, massaging, kissing, hugging etc.
