    One exercise I recommend is doing the Kegels at the same time you’re moving like if you were f*****g the air. That activates all your system, and doing your contractions at the same time reinforces your pelvic muscle. Even my prostate activates, as some pre-cum leaks. That helps me to activate and reinforce my system.

    I relapsed today and I feel all kinds of shi***; it's like one minute I felt on top of the world and now the world is on top of me. I started nofap a month ago (March 2020) after learning about PIED; I've been dealing with this since December 2019. Lost my erections (kept limp dicking), flatlined IMMEDIATELY after starting, lost my morning wood. It's just been a terrible time to go through alone. Today is actually marked my month's strength. What messed me up is I was in a flatline + no erections up until last week. I noticed my erections started returning very weakly last Thursday still not back to its solid 100% but I get spontaneous 50% erect again, also, my morning woods have returned at 50% also. Had the opportunity to have sex today and though I was 50-60 erect; I was able to penetrate the first time; tried sex a second time and it took some time to get it up and I made an idiotic choice to use porn to help get restimulated and what makes it worst I couldn't even get solid enough to penetrate the second time.
    S/N: I agree with @zeusmx kegels help a lot: I've been those about a month and they are very helpful.

    Well my friend @Optimistic8 . This way you learned that maybe P is not a solution. I feel you put a lot of pressure in this return to S. Listen to your body. It was ready to do it once. Not completely ready but it worked. I think you shouldn’t have pushed to get a second time.

    I agree 100%. I actually started journaling today; right after I posted on this thread to make a list of WHY I started NOFAP in the first place. Also, it helped me center my goals and after doing that I realize that initially I started to immediately get back to sex, but, after relapsing today after being 30-days free I decided my new focus isn’t to return to sex; I want to do this to take complete control back over my life. I refuse to allow my life to be dictated by a crippling compulsion. I still feel bad I set my self back today but I do count it all joy because it helped me center my reasoning for nofap around a SMART Goal.

    I hope so @5meo . I’m not cured yet, so I can’t tell. But what has helped me to get improvements is good sleep, Kegels, the exercise that I described before, lifting weights and climbing bar. It’s the small weights to work out at home, no necessary to be big weights.

    The work out has helped to get my muscles stronger, pelvic muscles included.

    The best read out of my improvement has been nocturnal erections. But it has happened to get erections in the shower.

    So stop by step, my friend. But we can get it.

    Been in this nofap journey since 2018, seeing now some improvements on my addiction, and somehow, I feel that my erections are getting better as well

    Gotta say that the first things to do in order to get cured is to geneuly stop FAPPING, stop PORN, stop all this nonsense

    You will eventually get to a non addicted state

    Once you are not addicted anymore, you gotta remember one very important thing:

    TIME HEALS EVERYTHING

    Once the time has passed, once you forget about being worried all the time, once you start looking at the bright side of life and stop complainign and loooking for a miracle, change will come alone as a byproduct of all the positive energy that you are creating, that is when you get cured and start enjoying sex again

    It is no coincidence that so many of us are trapped into this,

    This fapping and porn industry has been very dangerous for all the new generations that have been raised with access to high speed porn,

    After the suffering that I have experienced, I feel that I want make people aware how important it is to stop it

    Stop it now, do not look for miracles

    You will get cured,

    jsut stop worrying and put the hard work, cut all the bs, do not keep looking for the final answer on a thread that will make you feel that you have found the ultimate truth

    The only truth that exists for keep on looking for a good answer is the lurk for dopamine

    Dopamine is such an important thing that also needs to be cut

    Keep the journey and be strong!!

    very interesting.
    I’m on day 5.
    I don’t have spontaneous/morning/hard erections since lots of time.
    (Doctor said I only have psychological issues,not physical,everything’s ok)
    U think this could help?

    For sure man,

    Truth to be told, we are a bit of fucked up with all the dopamine that we have acquired from years and years of watching porn

    This is not like an easy journey,

    But if you do not take action, it will just worsen till you find yourself trapped in a rabbit hole

    Worry not anyways!

    It is all just about of getting back on track with your life, focussing on other things and everything will be fine at the end

    Stay strong, try it out for 90 days, then you will forget about all of these issues, they are NOT permanent

    I can get an erection sometimes, sometimes I cannot, sometimes it is really hard, and other times it is very difficult to get a soft one. My erection goes away during sex as well. I haven't watched porn or masturbated for 40+ days, and before my last relapse it was 60 days without porn or masturbation. I have noticed on days I workout, my erections are easier to get, harder, and come back quicker once they do go away. I've watched porn for 8 years.

    I guess I'm in phase 2? I can get an erection sometimes, however not every time. Also I have premature ejaculation at this point so I can orgasm very easily.

    I also notice it is easier to get an erection on the days I work out @nifahs . That has helped a lot. And Kegels, sleeping well. I also suffer premature ejaculation. I haven’t checked how that has changed as I haven’t had any stimulation since I started my reboot.
     
  13. Will sex set me back?
    I'm on 28th day of NoFap (before I did 76 day long streak at the end of 2019, then there were some ups and downs like 14 day streak and fail and again...) and suffering PIED. I have GF, should I avoid sex? I read it's good to have sex on reboot because it helps rewiring brain to real partner. What do you guys think? Is it bad when she's giving me a handjob?

    Even though I replied to your message my reply is basically to each and every man hanging around here at the forum. Even for perfectly healthy man it is totally acceptable and normal to lose erection sometimes...or not get it at all. We are not machines, but human beings.

    I also have this issue where I can get hand job or blowjob but when I put on a condom on, I would just lose it instantly. I hope this helps
