    What are your worst symptoms of HOCD? Feel free to share in this thread.

    I personally have mild HOCD, and a major thing I've noticed so far (not really happening now) is that I cannot treat normal male friends like actual friends. I may sexualise them sometimes and I am really disgusted by it. At some point I feel like I cannot even treat them like friends anymore because of HOCD.

    It sucks.
