It’s never the wrong time to do the right thing

    Rained all week so far so haven’t been able to get walks in. But I’m trying to make up for it at the gym. Doing a little extra cardio everyday. Overall I’m just feeling better since I started this journey. I feel happier, less tired. And I feel a lot better about myself as a person. At this point, it’s not even about the NoFap. I was just sitting here thinking like “oh yea, I also haven’t PMOd in 12 days”. Seems like that’s just a bonus right now. Not sure what took me so long to try to get my health and fitness on track, but I honestly wish I would’ve done it sooner. Anyway, sorry for the rant lol

    So I was 5/5 with No PMO, going to the gym, and eating healthy. Didn’t do a walk every morning due to some weather issues, but I’m calling this week a success. Just need to get through the off days

    Day 13...my first little “slip up”

    It’s my off day so I don’t go to the gym. However, I’m still trying to eat healthy and do no PMO. But I guess we’ll call it a cheat day. Ate pretty shitty but I guess that’s better than PMOing for now. Whatever, I’m not gonna beat myself up about it. Just gonna go harder in the gym this week to make up for it

    Everything is starting to feel so monotonous. I guess that’s a good thing though? Starting to feel myself get aroused much easier and without physical contact. Just have to keep pushing

    Day 17 was kind of a let down. Skipped the gym. Opted for catching up on sleep. But went back at it strong the next day. Still haven’t fapped so I’ll take it. Almost to 30!!

    Day 19. My “3 week recap” (done with my work week).

    no PMO all week
    went to the gym 4/5 days
    It’s been tough to continue to eat healthy consistently. I’d be lying if I said I haven’t had any cheat meals or bad food. But for the most part, I’m keeping up with it. It’s not an easy road, but I’m liking what I see so far

    Yea, it’s awesome honestly. I’m not going to say that it’s 100% because of nofap (would like to give myself a little credit lol), but it definitely is a huge factor. I am just of the belief that you can’t only change that aspect of your life and expect it to work. It needs to be a lifestyle change. We all have a routine. And if you’re only trying to change that small portion of that routine, I think eventually you’ll fall back into it. Because that’s what you’re used to. Plus, at least for me, I need my time to be completely consumed. I can’t have time to just lie around because I’ll start to get in my own head and I’ll end up doing things I don’t want to do. Idk, to say I’ve cracked the code would obviously be a lie. It’s a constant struggle. But I feel like I’m headed in the right direction

    21 days. Pretty sure this is the 2nd longest streak of my life. Other than one day (which I shut it down pretty fast), I haven’t really felt the urge to fap. Hopefully it remains this easy. Anyway, “weekend” is over. Back at it today ✅✅

    So, it’s been a while since I’ve posted. There’s a lot that’s been going on so I kind of wanted to get some advice or maybe just some opinions on some things. So I’m technically on day 37. On day 30, I knew I was going to visit an old gf so I kind of wanted to prep myself. So I MOd the day before going to visit her, just hoping that if I were able to get it up, it wouldn’t be done in 1 minute lol. Well, I wasn’t able to get it up. I had semi erections (like 70-80%) while we were fooling around making out and everything, but when it came time for sex, it was a no go. Fortunately, we’ve talked about what’s going on a little bit, and she’s understanding. She’s really a great girl. But I’m wondering if my one time slip up caused me to not be able to get hard, or if it probably wasn’t going to happen anyway. Either way, I’m still staying the course. She was very encouraging and I really want to be able to get it together for next time. But, should I consider that a relapse? I didn’t watch porn. And I was past my “30 day hard mode”. Idk, I’m just going to keep pushing forward and hope for results. Sorry for the rant
