Kinda New here

Hi everyone i'am mina, i'am almost 22 senior year in college.
it's not my first time i have been here before around 2018 though i didn't do much i just got some basic info about how to reboot and left
what made me come back again is that depression and anxiety hit me really hard and i read alot about how porn and masturbation cause both.
i started masturbating almost 10 years ago.
i think it's a good time to stop this addiction to restore my self confidence and get rid of anxiety and depression for the sake of me finding a job and to be the best version of me that my partner deserve
