So getting close to the tight spot now. I had always relapsed on day 3, 4, 7, so I am going to watch myself from on because it's a slip that causes me to relapse. One look at porn and I end up relapsing so I will ditch mobile in another room and go to sleep. And make myself busy with things.

Go to places with people as much as possible. I know it might sound really scary, but believe, it really helps. Just interacting with people boosts you confidence. Go to the supermarket, a museum, an opening, a walk in a busy street.

If one look at P makes you relapse, you have two options: 1) completely avoid even taking one look at porn, or.. 2) figure out a way of not relapsing when you do take one look.

If you were surfing online right now and some porn accidentally appeared on your screen, would you be completely unable to avoid relapse?

That would mean that you are powerless..

What could you do to take that power over yourself back?

    Day 53/90

    Let’s finish the week strong.

Physically, my body is having a lot of aches and pains due to previous injuries and overuse repetitive job tasks..

Mentally I feel strong and powerful!

Lot of positive things happening as a result of this challenge. Staying focused on being consistent on several key habits.
