Did I break my no-porn strike?

    I was browsing imageboards (SFW) and someone posted a porno video, unfortunately I saw the thumbnail but I quickly hidden the post. Obviously, I didn't see the thumbnail on purpose, but I'm still wondering if it broke my no-porn strike.

    Naah man, there´s even an article right here: https://nofap.com/faq/what-is-a-porn-addiction-relapse/ that states "Accidentally stumbling across porn and then quickly closing it. While it may be disappointing, again, things outside of your control are not relapses". So chill, everything´s in its right place :D

    I think you start to be obssessed abou streaks and some strange rules. Focus on your mental health, avoid unhealthy habits such as excessive PMO sessions and just care for yourself. You will never be happy if you control yourself in such way.

    I'm pretty new to no-porn and NoFap, I'd hate to see all my progress on stopping these addictions go to waste.

    No no you didnt and of course you didnt hurt your progress. Take it easy, shame brings anxious and anxious brings relapse. I watched p after 256 days p free and the next day i had sex i had a better erection lol. ( i dont suggest to watch p for any reason, im just saying one false cant hurt) Watching without your intention and rejecting it actually empowers your willpower and so your reboot.
