3 relapses after 54 day streak

Hey guys .
I'm 21 years old guy , used to fap 2 to 3 times a day . Until I found about the whole nofap thing.
So after a lot of fails and attempts I managed to go for a 53 day hardmode streak it changed my life . I felt more masculine and I've seen a lot of what called "superpowers" . But I've relapsed on day 54 . Since then I couldn't pass the 7 days , I relapsed after 7 days then 3 and today also after 3 days .
Did I lost all my progress ? How long does it take to get the benefits back ? And please is there any advices to overcome those relapses and get back on track?
