    Gym low because the skin burned gave me a lot pain.
    Had to go to the doctor that gave some pills and recommended rest.

    I'm back! Anybody missed me? :rolleyes:

    A short reporting, I'm back. It was a long story...Dramatic and frustration. Got devices semi fixed but took me days to figured out. Meanwhile I passed the test! It was mix of cold, wet, self doubt, encouragement, and a long day march. I was lucky cuz some of us failed. And never would seen them again. I was this close to hop in the come back next year truck. Therefore, I have an obligation to continue this #2. For the fallens. A miracle happened on my way back. I got two double steel bars. For real. I'm not yet qualified as a captain but feeling it already.

    I think I learnt many things and though this particular battle has been lost, the war is still raging on and it's just a minor setback. Same is our battle against sin, Satan wants us to believe because we gave in once, we can never ever win, but Jesus has already defeated him and thus we should never give up fighting and with the help of the Spirit we will be victorious more and more often while God transforms our hearts. Okay, church mode over.

    We need to install better self care habits. I am going to work on how to do he'll mode for myself and adjust it for my needs.

    "Whatever you do, don't blame yourself." That's the TV show I've watched recently. A group of people's training of beating their #1 fear, heights. They spent the past avoiding anything above the sea level. As they progressing this training, some of them started negative talks about how shamful themselves. A therapist showed in no time and said something like that.

    Hell mode as the monk defined, growth in physical, mental and spiritual. Recovery capital is about family, home, relations. None of them should be separated.

    Welcome to the round 2. It is your call to be slave again. It is also your call to be born again. Be brave and never claim defeated. Someone has already defeated the world.

    Congrats on made it this far. Best luck of finding the path(s).

    Im reporting,
    Physical: hiking and shooting. Must say wearing a mask while running is really frustrating and I sweated twice than an usual. Accidentally tripped on the ground but sooner recovered :emoji_school_satchel::emoji_sweat_smile: thanks to the dojo training.
    Mental: n/a
    Spiritual: davinchi code :emoji_laughing::emoji_tumbler_glass:
    Academics: just some math. Derivative.
    So far so good.

    Are you willing to be uncomfortable?
    A man had a dream of owning a hotel in the city. He tried many times asking loans and none of them succeeded. What he didn't know was, this pandemic happened. If everything was on plan he'd lost everything plus a bankruptcy. Sometimes, you gotta put the faith first in the bad breaks. The door will not always open, and not always close. Might not making sense now, but trust the supernatural anyway.

    This is the last post for 4k. A new begining awaits.

    Day 10
    I am super happy

    Mental: mediation, breathing exercise, (13 minutes) will do more...
    Plus i am trying dopamine detox (2/30) (meaning no youtube, no music, no games)

    Spiritual : gratitude to god , asking his forgiveness (3/5)

    Physical: workouts (will do), cleaning rooms( which is rarely do : condition of my room is directly proportional to condition inside my head)

    Academics: zero bub for the first tim having motivation and passion

    Emotional :50% healing from past trauma, comnected with old friends

    Experienced severe headache plus disturbed dream and sleep pattern

    Private bornagaingirl back after a laptop break.

    We have a new battle strategy. More self-care to fill the void that I attempt to fill with MO. Not letting stress, trauma and frustration pile up until I feel like I am going to burst.

    Here's the things where I'll try to incorporate several each day now (not all of them, but at least 3-5 should be done):

    - Bible reading and devotional
    - 10,000 steps
    - 20 min exercise
    - a bath
    - 30 min of focused reading (fiction)
    - 30 min of focused reading (non-fiction/selfhelp)
    - doing a good thing
    - eat veggies/fruit
    - listen to a sermon
    - listen to a Christian podcast
    - weekdays: work or apply for jobs for 2 hours straight, no browsing social media, music etc. instead of procrastination
    - tidy up one box in my room
    - prayer and worship
    - unplug laptop at 8 PM
    - sit outside in the sun and relax without phone for at least 30 min
    - not staying in bed too long in the morning and only go there once I am really tired

    Battle plan for strong urges:

    - cold shower
    - 5 min exercise
    - going for a walk
    - talking to a friend
    - cuddle teddy bear against loneliness
    - read Psalms
    - Pray and journal
    - pee
    - repeat and rehearse God's plan for marriage and sexuality

    Let's hope this will help! Also I need to finally throw away my toys lol. In a moment where I won't be tempted to use them.

    Also did 10K steps on day 0 and 1, 7,8k steps today. Took a bath yesterday, laptop break and read more, finished 3 books even. What triggered my relapse was emotional turmoil and trying to push it aside. I'll try and reach out to friends and family now and not swallow it.

    I think you should open up to your friends or loved ones with whom you can b vulnerable with
    Or practice meditation / CBT
