    yes, forget about clean streaks bro. the idea of a perfect streak is not real. we can´t go from porn addicts to holy men in a blink of an eye. this is a endurance task. is hard enough to abstain from PMO. forget about perfection, the dualistic thinking "all or nothing" is based on the same impulsiveness that drives the addiction.

    just learn with the little slips and slides and carry on ;)

    My brothers and sisters, some days ago i watched Hacksaw Ridge, a movie depicting the extraordinary events of an american medic in WW2 who, under fire, saved 75 soldiers from certain death without firing a single shot or even carrying a gun.

    During that terrible ordeal his thinking was only concerned on saving people, one by one, he even saved enemy soldiers :eek:. i realize his ordeal was, in theory, very close to ours, "just save this one soldier", can be translated to our challenge has: "just this day, no pmo".

    in the end he saved many lives and become a decisive element in winning the battle. and we, with this mentality, can break free from the addiction once and for all. that´s our battle, just care for this day, "just this day = no PMO."

    Day 6! Uruk – Hai @RiseToGreatness
    It has been rough start but finally starting my streak/junuary. I'm litle bit hurt becaouse I accidantlly cut my leg with chainsaw. But at least I'm resting at home. And my leg is getting better every day.
