    This is my second day. Feeling very hopeful.

    My wife forgave me, and told me to come to her whenever I have urges. I will be coming to her a lot.

    If I keep up with this and with her, I'm sure I won't lose sight of it.

    I'm thinking about planning a surprise for her. She's been dropping hints that she wants roses (but, like, in a subtle way). I've never had enough money for them, but I'll see what I can do.

    I'm seeing multiple people with posts like this. Day 1 of 90 and so on. Realize that nofap isn't about reaching day 30 or 90. You're far more likely to relapse on day 31 or day 91 with this strategy. Nofap is forever. Say goodbye to this forever. Adopt healthy habits and stick with them.

    Day 7/90. My first clean week in years. I feel really proud and i couldn't have done it without you. Only 12 more weeks to go!

    I understand. But reaching day 90 is just the first step for me. But i struggled with this for years and i am trying to make it a little more reachable. If i would say day 6/365 or 6/forever there would be no reasonable goal to reach and celebrate. Believe, i realise big time that this will be a struggle until the end of my life

    Struggling with midnight/morning boners and random dreams. It feels weird why I am getting this nasty dreams and why not these are about my career/goals/lifestyle. Gonna meditate to focus on dreams I wish, listen to some useful podcasts before sleep.

    BTW, this Covid situation is affecting everybody’s life. I am planning to get very serious with my current job. Have to start my next job trials very soon. I gotta improve food - sleep - work balance.

    How about sleeping early? 8:30-9:30.
    And in the morning you should start exercising, i suggest that you download the app in playstore which is home workout by leap fitness group.

    Day 8/90. Almost at 10% towards my first goal in recovery progress. Just bought the new book: Atomic habits. Highly advisable if you want to keep building up those good habits and breaking down the bad ones. Stay faithful, stay confident and stay busy!
