19 years old, want to start a new life

I started watching porn at the age of 12 and also frequently masturbated. In the last several years an addiction started to develop and I couldn't fap without porn anymore. I realized that one of my fapping sessions easily took about 1 to 2 hours, and I fapped sometimes more than 2 times a day. I'm at the point now where I struggle with pain in my balls and D when I fap. Also I have severe depression, last months life was quite hard. Btw I never had a sexual relationship, but I hope I can overcome my fears and finally ask a girl out.... I also have to do a lot for university but I procrastinated and used porn to overcome the boredom and also to get dopamine kicks. My grades dropped even though I once was best in school. I sometimes felt ashamed for what I got aroused by. So I decided now it's time to stop and start a whole new life! Yesterday I decided to abstain not only from porn but from dopamine kicks all together, deleting the gram, snapchat and so on. I hope this site will help me get my life together again! 3,2,1 go!
