i will this time employ a strategy i used when i achieved my longest streak.
And that is telling myself whenever a urge hits "i will fap tomorow, i will defenitely fap tomorow u can relax" And that i do in a manner that i actually convince myself that tomorrow i will fap, so not only on a mere word level but also on an emotional level.
Little does the urge know tomorrow never comes.

Urge dont listen to the liar, we will defientely fap tomorrow.
