Urge to urinate, feeling like a urine droplet is struck in my penis

Yes I've experienced this before. I've never gone to a doctor about it, but I find that it happens more often if I urinate more often.

How often do you urinate? And how much water or other liquids do you usually drink in a day?

 

Yeah what you've done is trained your bladder to hold less urine, it's more than likely shrunken in size. Don't worry about that though, it's not a serious issue. What you're going to have to do is train yourself to go to the washroom less. Start first with a timer of 1 hour. If you're anxious about making it, just learn to deal with that anxiety. You'll be fine. Do that for a couple days, then start setting a timer for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Every couple days increase by 15 minutes.

Essentially what you've done is trained yourself to be hypersensitive to the feeling of needing to urinate. So, when you feel like you still have to go even though you just went, that's because your brain is constantly receiving the signal, "I need to go." You actually done, you've just trained yourself to go too often!

 

I experienced this too two days ago, accompanied by my penis trying to orgasm on its own, without touch or stimulation. Think it has something to do with releasing pressure. I managed to avoid relapsing and now the pressure is gone and I feel extremely less horny now compared to when this happened.

 

I get that after urinating when I drink a lot or am sick and drink a lot of tea. It passes after 10 min or so then.
