Ejaculating every single night, I need help!

    I think I am losing all my semen every night, I am feeling like someone who masturbates every day. I even sleep on my back, but during the night I turn on the other side and I ejaculate. Could you help me? Is it the hot temperature?
     
  2. Make sure you don't have any other underlying medical issues first. Perhaps you should see your doctor to eliminate other possibilities. Once you have an assessment for your baseline health, then you can focus on the non-physical aspects of this journey as well. If that makes sense.

  3. Having such a high frequency of nocturnal emissions is rather unusual. You should see an urologist or another doctor. It maybe could be caused due to your hormones or some other physical issue. It is always good to have a professional feedback as well. :) Since when and how long already does it occur?

    Guys remember that I have been on Nofap for 254 days and more. I don't know if it's the case, but maybe I should try sleeping in other positions, what do you think?
     
  5. No, I highly doubt that the sleeping position could have such a major affect on the high frequency of nocturnal emissions. Quitting porn and continue living abstinent may would increase the frequency but it still would occur something like 1 or 2 a month probably. Is your underwear really wet or do you just see a drop?

    Its okay if it is just drops. You can lose semen because of nocturnal erections and its perfectly fine. Whats not fine is everynight nocturnal emissions.

  8. There are some precautions to follow.
    1. Don't eat food before 1 hour of sleep.
    2. Don't drink milk or any kind of liquids before sleep because the liquid in bladder may press ur semen storage and u can leak.
    3.Try to avoid hot spicy foods, fast foods and red meat because it can disturb ur prostate.
    4.Wear loose clothes and don't wear underwear during sleep.
    If after following these precautions u still have wet dreams then you must consult with a doctor.

  10. Well if it is just drops do not be worried so much. That is not comparable like a nocturnal emission or as you describe it an ejaculation. What you describe is probably just pre-seminal fluid. This pre-ejaculate is used as a natural lubricant and is released as soon as being aroused. You may have certain dreams that make you aroused. You are quite young so that wouldn't be abnormal. Nevertheless, if you wanna be sure talk to a doctor about it. We all are no professionals here. There is no shame about talking something like it. :)

    Most people have wd in the morning. If you aren’t already try getting up earlier. Ideally with the sunrise. Go to bed earlier to adjust.

  13. I hope it will work because my younger brother too had it often not daily but almost after every 2 to 3 days. After following these precautions he is now at peace,1 to 2 wet dreams per month.

    I tried sleeping with no underwear but only with the lower pyjama. No more wet dreams and drops, thanks!

    Probably a good psychologist could help; are there unresolved fears and anxieties in your life? Good sleep should follow after exercise during the day, normal good health and the body turning off the mind for 8 or so hours: Essential for mental health.

    I already go to a psychologist. I tend to sleep for 9 hours, I try to eat healthily and to work out a lot.

    Just chill out. This will happen from time to time. It's nothing weird. No need for a doctor.
