Relapsing after recovery

This is a classic mistake that we all did..
trying to test if our PIED is cured by going back to the same thing that created it, in the first place..

Honestly I think it's a rationalization. Our brains are tricking us to go back to PMO again...
I think you are missing porn and you want replace it with something else(photos) and that's not going to help.
The way I see things: Try to have a 90 days hard mode. Then if you want to check your PIED, try to engage with real women.
That could be a good motivator, finding a nice girl with whom you can build something authentic...

 

This is my exact same story but I didn't relapse due to the fact that I realized what I was doing, to begin with, no one recovers in 35 days, I'm 100 days above you and the last time I got an urge was about 5 days ago, I think now that I did recover, but I'm not checking cuz I learned from my mistake, so you should too, don't do stupid checks, good luck

 

You can surely think you are better but you dont know that you are cured unless you try sex with the real woman.Dont test to fake pictures go with the process and trust in nofap.
