If you move weights to the morning, will you do both yoga and weights in the morning?

You spend 2 hours yoga and 2 hours lifting weights? Thats an optimistic schedule for a daily workout.
I would do them both in the mornings, alternating days. Lifting weights early in the morning should be fine so long as you warm up properly (etc).

    I agree with @fredisthebes

Your workout just seems way too intense. 4 hours total of exercise is something professional athletes do. You gain far more by doing 2 hours in the morning, alternating days, and then 2 hours in the evening of meditation, journalling, reading, working on a hobby, etc. Something that doesn't drain you as much as physical activity.

Yoga changed my life, no kidding. I used to be in constant low-level pain, my legs and back would ache all the time from sitting at a desk all day. And I was totally a slave to my anxiety and my overactive brain, etc. I was becoming increasingly hard to live with.
20-40 mins every morning is enough for me to feel significantly better. I won't be incredibly 'good' at yoga without putting in a lot more time than that, but it's enough to alleviate pain, calm me down and set me up for the day.

You should do some other exercise as well, of course, especially if you are young and/or want to look buff etc. Weights are excellent, and easily the most time-efficient way to train. For general health, cardiovascular, endurance etc. I heartily recommend swimming - I only used to go twice a week but God I miss the pool being closed at the moment. It's great for beginners too because it's almost impossible to do yourself an injury swimming, it's the most 'low-impact' sport there is!
