I have did it this time by spending more time in public places, more time reading the bible and spiritual books and less time just fucking around on social media. I have been more centered through meditation and prayer this week. I have been strategically doing my work at times where I would be bored and would pmo

Day 4/7 done. While the first three days went without much difficulty thanks to the immense will power on Day 0, however today I faced my first big test. I was bored and that resulted in the thoughts, but I could gradually divert them. I am certain that my meditation for the past one month has a hand to play in this. Feeling happy to have triumphed today.
