    so i failed again after receiving texts from my ex gf ..it caused me to trigger ..but i'm not gonna give up this fight .

    We fall down but we get back up again. It must've been pretty hard for you man and I can see how it made you trigger. Know that we may fail, but we'll pick it up again and your not alone. I failed today too, but were going to be stronger.
