Day- 1/7

 

7 days. Going to start again at day 1 here I like the community ty for the encouragement

6/7 presently on day 7!

 

Start again. I had one little thought and the flood gates opened and I rushed for the PMO like a mad man.

There is one thing that has been consistent throughout every stage of my life. Both bad and good times. PMO.

I need to get more control over it. The fact I cant even do a week is not good.

@anewversion dont be too hard on yourself, its a tricky thing to bypass, takes time and practice , thats all we need .

Day 2 complete . Had a few urges here and there but I kept myself distracted. Going strong

 

Day 5/7 done. Controlling my thoughts and moving ahead with a positive attitude.

 

Day zero. Gonna start with this challenge, and then go up from here through the others. No point in resetting if I'm not gonna change my strategy a bit.

I just completed 3days challenge, which at the time seemed impossible. A week also seems impossible. But there is hope now and I'm starting to feel the benefits of staying clean.
