Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not PMO because I am stronger than my demons. It's not good for me. No doubt about that. I am stronger.

 

Today i will not PMO because my life is getting better after i start my streak. I am not losing this battle, not today!

 

Today I will not PMO because this is not what I am meant to be doing with my life. I am here to do good things, fulfil my dreams, and to form relationships with other people. This is what I will do today.

 

Today i don't relapse because I am tired of starting over again and again.

Today, I resisted the urge to PMO and it made me a better version of myself because I deserve better by having a real interaction with a woman that I love dearly, not a mindless digital that doesn’t exist that sucks my soul.

 

Today I will not make excuses to look at porn, and continue abstaining so I can reach my goal.

 

Today I will not PMO because it is a beautiful day and I will make the most of it. Today I choose the light.

 

Today I am going to rewire a bit more by chosing positive channels.

 

Today I am focused and I have my eye on the prise. I won't get anything stand in the way of the man I will be and the accomplishments I aim to achieve.

Today I will not PMO because I can feel the benefits already and my real self knows that I am doing this for my own good.
