  9. Pull it together brother. I don't know what external sources you use...podcasts, youtube, etc ..but find something to to reset your mindset outside of here. I like the universal man channel on YouTube and the porn free radio podcast on iHeartRadio. Both are free.99 so you can't go wrong.

  12. Nothing to feel low about. It's a circle of emotions and actions that you've been in for a long time. The good thing is you know you're just a few decision points away from getting back into a sustainable pattern of wins. Set yourself up for success by writing down 5 simple things you want to accomplish today.

    1. Do not MO/PMO in bed in the am AM or in the bathroom in the AM before getting"up" and dressed.

    2. Small simple action like take a walk, do pushups, go to gym if you can.

    3. Common chore. Laundry, dishes, tody up.

    4. Something you put off all week because you're too demotivated by the pmo and feeling down. Pay a bill, call a friend, finish an assignment for work or school.

    5. This goal is for your bedtime self. No PMO or MO tonight at bedtime. You look yourself in the mirror while brushing teeth and smile. Say or think if you have to... "I did it". I went the whole day meeting goals and I did it. I can do it tomorrow too and I won't do PMO tonight and ruin a good day.
