    I, sometimes, feel like a pervert. When I see an attractive woman on Instagram or Twitter, I can't help but look at her. It doesn't have to be a bikini photo or something. Woman with a skirt is enough for me. It scares me a little, to be honest.

    Do not forget you are modern day warriors. This site is a life saver. I would say the main reason I fall is due to just having a peek when I feel tired, or worse still, full of myself due to some small achievement, and the thing that has stopped me time and time again has been this site. Just clicking on the panic button has saved me countless times. Thank you so much for all of your support, everyone from the guy who is 90+ days in, to the guy who has the guts to reset to Day 0 and go again after relapsing - you are heroes all!

    Day 0 @RiseToGreatness

    Been writing a paper on porn addiction for my Gender and Women’s Studies course (I picked the topic), but one of the topics I was researching led me to look up something I was not familiar with, and I saw some images which led me on a downward spiral. I have finished and submitted the paper, so I should not have to deal with things like that again that can trigger me. Feeling a bit down, but it happens, and the information was educational even if it did lead me to some triggering images on accident.

    Day 13: Had a great today. Went out thrifting and then to a park with my fiancée. Spent all day together, which was really nice. No urges at all today. Feeling more normal again.

    well, it´s perfectly normal to stumble across lustful contents, unfortunatelly today´s society is full of them. what you got to learn is that even if you stumble upon sexy contents you´ll not fall apart.

    first, learn not to encourage sexual thoughts, it´s the thoughts itself, not the stumble, that will lead to more peaking. so when you stumble across sexy materials just skip it as fast as possible, move foward. and after that, be aware of your mind, aware of your thoughts, don´t let yourself be seduzed by those thoughts, don´t feed sexual thoughts, and they will pass on. just keep doing your activities, and of course, keep your triggers prevention system always active.
