Day 12 is near to an end.
Although Sunday, still kept myself busy.
I can feel the changes in my body.
I want to create something. That fire is lit again.
I don't know after how many days, I sat down to create something.
Today I just fixed my broken book rack. I was seeing that from ages but never felt like fixing it.
    Feeling great...
    :)

Day 0 again however I have not relapsed to porn. I woke up from a very erotic dream early this morning and I just finished it. I am actually doing better than I have been though. I have been avoiding triggering content and my worst fetishes have dissipated. I think that I am close to finally being able to successfully pull off a hard mode reboot.

    Check in on day 201

Approaching the cross roads but feeling strong. This evil can be defeated.

Day 6. Feeling myself morph into an Uruk-Hai. Increased strength, to be sure, but also increased desire to relapse. I've never intentionally gone sober beyond two weeks, so going to the end of the Uruk-Hai phase and arriving in the Shire as a Hobbit will be a great personal achievement and landmark. I will need a lot of prayer, humility, and clarity in this phase. May the Light be with you all!

Been binging ever since i had reset after my 12 day streak
It hurts and my brain is boiling with depression attack and brain fog .
Besides i couldn't get motivation for studies, meditation or workout which acts as a negative feedback and the binge cycle continues.. Please suggest something

Do something creative. Things which you like to do. It helps me a lot during these times.
Be with someone. You can go out too. Fresh air and nature helps...

I would suggest listening to episode #4 of Universal Man's Sexual Self-Mastery Series. I would then suggest going out and just hanging out with a group of friends. Have a nice dinner, some desert (but avoid drugs, drinking, and self-destructive activities). Self-hatred only feed the binging loop. Treat yourself with compassion. Laugh if off, so to speak. Also, remember that not all is lost: the format of the PMO counter can make it seem like everything is lost when we fall, but our falls are opportunities for us to learn from our mistake, to increase our knowledge. Do not let this simply be a "fall." Let me it an opportunity for learning, turn it into something positive. I would strongly suggest writing out in a journal what you learned from this bout, where you think things might have gone wrong, and to lay out clearly how you would do things differently next time. Write freely. And feel free to share the wisdom of what you have learned – whatever can be of use to your fellow brethren on this journey. The learning experience is extremely valuable – there is almost an advantage in a relapse if treated as a learning experience. Further, the activity of writing itself is useful, and not just the content that comes out of it. Universal Man has great tips on how to journal toward achieving your goals. Last but not least: don't give up. You are not alone on this journey. We love you and are on this journey with you.

Still Day 0 for a couple more hours. I think my biggest issue is that when I stumble across erotic images I tend to give into my thoughts instead of immediately backing away. Granted, I do not always relapse when I give into my thoughts, but it does eventually lead there. I had several close calls yesterday before I finally gave in, and when I did finally give in, I had already spent about ten minutes perusing so even though it was already a relapse, I consciously made the decision to go all the way and masturbate as well. Lesson learned I guess.

Thanks a lot for your good help
I can't go out coz of lock down (due to covid) but had a stroll in the garden .. Had a good sleep and i guess I am feeling good today
This is such a wonderful reply
Thanks .. I will sure watch the YouTube video
I don't do don have friends and plus here the area is strictly locked down
I really value your advice about converting relapse into positive learning experience.. Also I will keep writing my relapse journal to learn more about my triggers(which are usually emotional)
    Thanks for your support :)
