    Hi Guys, i am 16 year old and i am suffering from pmo addiction from 3 years.
    I faced many problems.
    As my main problem from pmo addiction is bad memory and concentration.
    I used to have a eidetic memory. But i started pmo and now my memory is even worse than normal. I became a dumb student. Now i don't understand anything, can't learn anything and can't focus.
    Can i get my memory back ?
    If yes how long will it take?
    Are there chances of complete recovery?
    I faced many other side effects too .
    But memory is a thing that disturbs me a lot.
    Can i get my good and strong memory back?

    Hi Littlekid5,

    the porn-related bad memory/brain fot can be a really unsettling experience. But the positive message is: you will eventually get your memory back :) ! However it may take some time depending in your individual brain chemistry. ALL problems porn addiction invites to our lives are temporary. There is no constant damage. Even after a full year of rebooting, you will still notice improvements, whether they are mental or physical.

    Dude three years is not that bad. Plenty time to recover and heal your brain. Go find and read the your brain on porn ebook, talk to your friends and check out porn reboot podcast as a start. Good luck
