    Hello reader.
    I plan on quitting porn, so I decided to join this community, since this what nofap is for. Realised that I don't really have any control over this aspect of me, can/have given up many other things but have found this to be most difficult, really addictive for me, something I keep coming back to and feeling guilty about. It's got no long term pay off/benefit - just satisfies me for the moment, so I've decided I need to give it up for good

    My main issue is edging, I can live without porn/orgasming for a time but not edging, any tips for this would be helpful - feel like this is worse in a way.

  3. Welcome to NoFap. Try to find the root cause of you wanting to edge. What triggers you and is there anyway to eliminate seeing those triggers? Also you may try to say to yourself that today under no circumstances am I going to allow myself to touch myself. Sometimes it's about taking that first step. Do you fantasize? Being mindful may also be key to taming these uurges. In my opinion it starts at the root cause. It's hard at first but keep trying and learn from your mistakes.
