junk food cravings

  1. I am having bad cravings for junk food right now, it is day 7 of my reboot, any tips on staying strong?.

  2. My advice: Treat yourself with some junkfood.

    Don't be too hard on yourself. Nofap already is such a hard thing to do. Don't try to win every battle at once - because that's a good way to get overrun on all fronts. Willpower is a finite resource.

    Your desire for a healthier diet will come all by itself over time. But it's not something you can or should FORCE.

  3. water, fruits , carbs. fill yourself. then have a burger.

    try to eat something with fiber in it. (beans etc.) you´ll be fuller and you not gonna crave so much :)

    Word.

    Don't be too harsh on yourself it is exhausting. Win one battle at a time and in "no time" you'll win the war. Also there's something I do after eating junk to not feel that bad about myself, I instantly eat some fruits, drink tea, prepare a lot of water etc. you get the point.

  6. Um I wouldn't be to eating junk food if I were you. It decreases your protein retention that you are recovering from M.

    It is always easier said than done. Like saying just don't smoke to a smoker.

  8. True. I mean I was like him over a month ago where I couldn't stop help myself without craving for junk food like 3 times or 4 times a week. Honestly a lot of things(good) have change since I have joined NoFap therefore I am grateful for that :)
